🛍️ Ordering
Are your product descriptions accurate?
Yes. Every product listed on Darin's Shoes is described honestly — including sizing, materials, and condition. What you see on the product page is exactly what you will receive.
Are the product images real?
Yes. All images shown are real product photos. We do not use misleading or heavily edited images.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order may already be in processing. Contact us immediately at support@darinsshoes.shop if you need to cancel.
Do you accept all payment methods?
We accept all major credit and debit cards processed securely through Shopify Payments. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.

Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is also available to select countries.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). US delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after processing. International orders may take 7–15 business days.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Every order ships with a tracking number sent to your email. You can also track your order on our Track Order page.
What if my order is delayed?
Delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or high demand. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will investigate immediately.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition. Worn footwear, final sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
How do I start a return?
Email support@darinsshoes.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
What if I received the wrong or damaged item?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
